The International Journal of Business & Management Research Studies (IJBMRS) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of scholarly publishing integrity and transparency.

We are a fully open access, peer-reviewed, bi-monthly journal that ensures immediate and free availability of published research to readers worldwide.

1. Open Access Policy

IJBMRS is an open access journal, meaning all content is freely available without charge to users or institutions.
Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of articles, or use them for any lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
We follow the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, allowing maximum dissemination and reuse of open access materials with proper attribution.

2. Copyright Policy

Authors retain the copyright of their work published in IJBMRS.
By submitting an article, authors grant the journal the right of first publication.
All works are published under the CC BY 4.0 License, which permits use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

3. Peer Review Policy

All submissions to IJBMRS undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure scholarly quality and integrity.

5. Author Fees and Waivers

IJBMRS does not charge any publication, submission, or processing fees.
The journal operates on a no-fee model to support equitable access to academic publishing.
There are no hidden costs or color/page charges.

6. Archiving & Digital Preservation

All published articles are permanently archived through trusted digital repositories such as the Internet Archive and institutional repositories to ensure long-term access and preservation.
Authors are encouraged to self-archive all versions (preprint, accepted manuscript, and published version) in institutional or subject repositories without embargo.

7. Repository & Self-Archiving Policy

IJBMRS supports self-archiving and open dissemination. Authors may deposit all versions of their manuscripts in repositories of their choice, including institutional, subject-based, or general repositories.

8. Licensing Terms

9. Plagiarism & Misconduct Policy

Manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using reliable detection software before review.

10. Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are made solely based on academic merit and the relevance of the manuscript to the journal’s scope.
No external parties (including sponsors or institutions) influence the editorial process.

11. Correction, Retraction & Withdrawal Policy

The journal follows COPE guidelines for corrections, retractions, and withdrawals.
