The journal functions solely as an academic publication platform and does not assume any legal, financial, or moral liability arising from the content submitted and published by authors.
IJCEMS and its representatives, including the Publisher, Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, and Editorial Board Members, act in good faith to facilitate the publication and dissemination of scholarly research.
The journal performs standard checks (peer review, plagiarism screening, and ethical compliance) to ensure academic quality. However,

The journal makes no express or implied warranties or representations regarding:
The completeness, accuracy, or reliability of published content.

All materials are published “as-is”, and users access them at their own discretion and risk.
Under no circumstances shall IJCEMS, its Publisher (Fenil Shah), Editors, or Affiliates be held liable for:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, citation, or application of published works.
Any loss, legal dispute, or reputational harm resulting from reliance on published research.
Any claim of defamation, copyright infringement, plagiarism, or data falsification made against the author(s).
In all cases, authors bear sole responsibility for defending and resolving such matters.
By submitting a manuscript to IJCEMS, authors acknowledge and agree that:
They are the sole owners and creators of the work submitted.
Their submission does not violate any existing copyrights, confidentiality agreements, or ethical standards.
They grant IJCEMS non-exclusive rights to publish, distribute, and archive the work.
They indemnify and hold harmless IJCEMS, its editors, and publisher (including Fenil Shah) against any and all legal claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their submission or publication.
This indemnity extends to all costs, attorney’s fees, or damages arising out of any breach of representation, warranty, or covenant made by the author(s).
IJCEMS may host or reference external content, websites, or repositories (such as Google Drive, Google Sites, and Zenodo) for archiving and DOI purposes.
The journal does not control or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or security of these third-party platforms.
Any malfunction, downtime, or data loss in these services shall not be the responsibility of IJCEMS or its publisher.
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with IJCEMS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
However, IJCEMS and its publisher retain the right to resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolution or mediation prior to legal proceedings.
The publication of a manuscript in IJCEMS does not create any contractual, fiduciary, or employment relationship between the author and the publisher/editorial team.
The journal functions as an independent academic platform, not as an agent, representative, or guarantor of the author’s work.
IJCEMS reserves the right to update, amend, or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued submission or use of the journal’s website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
